Crafts Group

Our Group numbers 8 -10 members and we meet once a fortnight in my home to work on various crafts projects, while enjoying spirited conversation, often  putting the world to rights in the process.

Most of the year, we tend to work on individual projects such as knitting or patchwork quilts, but in the early autumn, we all get together to make Christmas cards, sharing designs, ideas and materials, while imparting our own personal touches.

Our individual projects vary greatly from time to time but we always manage to learn from what each other is doing. New members are always welcome, especially those with particular skills. Although I am happy to continue hosting the meetings in general, I sometimes feel we are running out of steam and would be very happy if somebody else came up with some new ideas!
